Your data is used for quotation and export coordination, and nothing beyond it:
- Preparing your quotation. Cargo descriptions and destination data let us calculate a mixed 20ft or 40ft container plan and indicative FOB Semarang or Surabaya pricing.
- Coordinating production and shipping. Names and delivery details flow into the standard Indonesian export document set — commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, and export declaration — only when you confirm an order.
- Replying to you. We answer on the channel you used.
- Keeping records. Correspondence is retained so a reorder two years later can reference your original specifications.
We run no third-party advertising pixels, no remarketing audiences, and no automated profiling or scoring of any kind.
Do We Sell or Share Your Data?
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data — to anyone, ever. Data leaves our desk only where an export physically requires it, and each recipient gets the minimum necessary:

Indonesia — UU PDP. Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection (Undang-Undang Pelindungan Data Pribadi) is Indonesia’s first comprehensive data-protection statute, enacted in October 2022 with its compliance obligations fully in force since October 2024.
